The nursing a learned profession, working together with all health team members for the person, having his/her own duties in the team,required a special training, grounded on philosophy,theory, implementation and research. The nursing is a health discipline serving in every environment of the people by its increasing and changing role and responsibilities. The main purpose of a Professional discipline is to present the scientific information content to be used for the profession s implementations. Forming the information basis to be transmitted into the implementation is the principle rule for each Professional. The most important reason of developing the nursing theories is to define the nursing as a learned profession within its own corrects.Theory in nursing is required for control, estimation and explanation purposes in the manner of reaching the desired conclusion in the care. It is required to be proven the theories aimed to develop the implementation by the epitomes for the clinic nurses. Accordingly, it is aimed to be planned and implemented the nursing care of a female patient staying in the medical oncology service of a training hospital with the diagnostic of terminal period pharynx cancer according to the Adaptation Model of Roy.The nurse should identify the health status of the individual, determine the coping mechanisms and implement the required nursing attempts in order to make easier the harmonization of the patient within the scope of the Adaptation Modal of Roy.
