Abstract :
The Kartagener syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder that characterized by bronchiectasis, sinusitis and situs inversus. Kartagener syndrome consist of fifty percent of the cases of primary ciliary dyskinesia.Upper and lower respiratory tract manifestations are cardinal features of primary ciliary dyskinesia and often are present in the first month of life. However, the diagnosis is delayed because features overlap with other pediatric disorders. We discussed the clinical and radiological findings of a case with Kartagener syndrome.
