Abstract :
Neoliberal global economy started the process of normalization on the individuals and societies by legitimizing its own causes of major damages in order to continue its hegemony. Rulers aim to take the people under control by artificial popular culture. To legitimize that artificial culture, rulers used some public tools. These tools are media, communication tools, religion, art, science and almost everything of life. In fact, art, which has a relation with culture, has been put into each field of life as scout.
