Abstract :
This work time’s to research the motivation of teachers by school administration and how does the motivating teachers influence their professional development. The study considers the teachers level of motivation, gender, age, and their professional level and their influence to teachers motivation. The research includes 69 secondary school administrators’ principals, 322 teachers of school 23 in Bishkek. The data is collected through oral and written questioning based on descriptive screaming. However, it is clearly seen that the administration cares about the professional development of teachers motivating and a frıendly atmosphere in schools between the teachers and the also administrations pays attention to teachers personnel problems and issues.
