Abstract :
The aim of this study is to set forth institutional image perception of bank clients on their own banks with social responsibility concept. Furthermore, it was tried to establish whether evaluation of clients differ according to demographic characteristics and different banks they work with. However, expectations of clients related to the subject and differences between evaluation of current situation of their banks are tried to determined. Questionnaire techniqe is utilised as data gathering tool and answers of 537 participants take place in whole analyses. As a result, it is established that, there is a non- omitted relation between percepted institutional image and economic, legal, ethic, discretion dimensions of social responsibility concept.
