Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of perceived critical success factors on the perceived success of ERP system at hotel industry. As a result of the correlation analysis, a positive relationship is found between perceived critical success factors and perceived success of ERP system. In regression analysis, a significant relationship is found between five of the seven perceived critical success factors (perceived top management support, perceived technical support of the software developer, perceived project management, perceived compatibility of the hardware and software programmes with the ERP system, perceived clearly identified vision) and the perceived success of ERP system. The results of One-Way Variance Analysis shows that the perceived success of ERP systems is higher at institutionalized hotels which have higher revenue and more employees
