THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE BENEFITS OF USING COMPUTER AND INTERNET AND THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE’S FEATURES: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

In general, businesses use information technologies to present value to its customers, to get current customers’ commitment and to gain new customers. The ability of accounting officesess to facilitate efficiently and to answer customers‘s expectations and to add value to them in appropriate time and in the most appropriate cost depends on the efficiently usage of information technologies. In this study, it is expected to determine if there is a difference between the perceptions of accountants in the usage of computer and internet depending on accounting officies’s features. According to the result, the accounting officies do not use the information technology tools efficiently but when its usage increases, gained values also increases. Also, the results show that there are some differences with respect to perception related to the computer and internet among the respondens of this study.
