Abstract :
The purpose of this research is finding out the degrees of significance of the problems encountered in the management of upper grades and signifying demographic factors which affect teacher views concerning these problems. In this study, in-class problems encountered in education-instruction environment in upper grades, their degrees of importance and the relationship between teacher approach for in-class problems and various demographic variables have been considered. For this purpose, first various demographic features of those teachers who work in primary education schools have been studied, the in-class problems encountered in upper grades and their degrees of importance have been determined through Friedman Test and finally the demographic variables which have effects on teacher approach for the in-class problems encountered in upper grades have been revealed through One-Way MANOVA Analysis. According to the findings obtained, talking to desk-mates, talking without permission, becoming unprepared for the lesson, not listening to the teacher, distracting classmates’ attention, arguing with classmates and quarreling with classmates are the most frequent in-class problems. On the other hand, the demographic variables which are influential on teacher approach for in-class problems are the number of students and the schools which teachers graduated from.
