Abstract :
The generalized mathematical models for thermal processes in current carrying elements of superconducting magnetic systems have been compared. The features of the dimensionless analysis of their operating conditions have been shown. They depend on choice of the characteristic linear dimension which is used for the dimensionless action of the initial dimensional model.
