Abstract :
The development process assessments conducted at the Westlake Programming Lab (WPL) are described and the results summarized. An approach for merging and prioritizing the multiple assessment data, based on the Yager (1981) method of decision making using fuzzy sets, is described. A matrix that identifies action items in the unified action plan is presented. Finally, a simplified example is used to illustrate the techniques
