Abstract :
The commenters point out that the sufficient condition for robust stability given in the above-titled work (see ibid., vol.33, no.8, p.722-731, Aug. 1988) should be modified. In their reply, the authors agree with the commenters and describe the assumptions which led to the omission.<>
