Abstract :
Some earlier results of D.G. Meyer and G.F. Franklin (see ibid., vol.AC-32, pp.227-8, March 1987) are extended, and a procedure is derived for obtaining directly a normalized right-coprime factorization of a system that may not be strictly proper
