Welcome to the Spring 2013 Issue of IEEE Solid-State Circuits Magazine! [Editor´s Note]

This Spring 2013 issue marks the second issue of the fifth year of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Magazine. In this issue, we are pleased to feature Dr. Gabor Temes. This special issue is titled "Gabor Temes: Creativity in Analog Circuits." We are honored to have the opportunity to present the achievements in this special issue in honor of Dr. Temes, who is professor of electrical and computer engineering at Oregon State University (Gabor.Temes@oregonstate.edu). We thank Dr. Kenneth Martin for serving as guest editor for this issue. In this issue, we present Prof. Temes\´ feature article, "Fifty-Five Fun-Filled Years in Circuit Design" and eight expert articles written in honor of Prof. Temes.
