Abstract :
Amplified and rectified energy from static is stored in a large condenser in the output circuit of a vacuum tube. The condenser discharge current thru a high resistance and sensitive galvanometer wi´l, under given conditions, be a measure of the average static. The experimental arrangements are described, as to calibration and actual use.
