  • Abstract
    A new method is employed to generate space-charge-limited currents in electronics calculations. The technique is used to calculate a miniature vacuum tube problem produced by the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory High Temperature Electronics project. A link to Green´s Reciprocity Theorem is indicated.
