Abstract :
A new system for production testing of complex large-scale integrated circuits has been developed by a team of Bell-Northern Research engineers. Now in use at Northern Telecom´s semiconductor manufacturing facility in Ottawa, the system is faster and more accurate than any other, approaching the limits of the laws of physics in its operation.
