  • Abstract
    The IEEE Conference on Electrical Insulation and Dielectric Phenomena (CEIDP 2012) took place October 14 to 17, 2012, in Montreal, the historic and largest city in the Province of Quebec, Canada. It was a great success. There were 247 participants from 29 countries, representing academia, government, and industry. A total of 222 papers were accepted, exceeding the previous record by 10% despite a rigorous reviewing process.
