Abstract :
Low power Br, C, Cl, S, and Si infrared laser action has been obtained using 2.45 GHz pulsed microwave discharges of molecular source gases and helium. The atomic laser molecular source gases were Br2, CO2, CO, CF4, Cl2, CH3Cl, CH2Cl2, CCl4, SF6, CS2, and SiH4.
