Report on IEEE CATCON 2013

The IEEE First International Conference on Condition Assessment Techniques in Electrical Systems (IEEE CATCON 2013) took place on December 6 to 8, 2013, in Kolkata, India. The venue of the conference was Jadavpur University Main Campus in Kolkata, and the High Tension Laboratory of Jadavpur University was the local host of the event. The conference was technically cosponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS) and organized by Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society Chapter of IEEE Kolkata Section.
