Abstract :
We report results of harmonic mixing experiments between a 0.4 THz oscillator and FIR lasers at 4.2 and 5.3 THz using μ-size Schottky barrier diodes, together with rectification results in the range of 0.6-5.3 THz for different diodes and coupling methods.
