  • Abstract
    Theoretical basis given in support of the Adams-Nussbaum (AN) heterojunction lineup theory has been built on some fundamentally incorrect mathematical concepts and equations. Therefore, AN arguments are not even a circular chain but a conceptually wrong theory.
