Abstract :
The term thin thermionic emitter of electrons (TTEE) refers to a small-area thermionic cathode formed by thin layers of metal and semiconductor. Due to the relatively simple technological processes, a large number of such elementary cathodes can be produced simultaneously in a large area. This article presents the first information on this electron device.
