Abstract :
This work addresses guiding a missile during the midcourse phase of flight. In particular, it is assumed the missile has the goal of arriving at a (possibly moving) target at a specified terminal flight path angle. A family of new guidance laws are derived that will allow the designer more flexibility to meet specific mission objectives.
