Abstract :
This paper introduces an innovative approach for frequency estimation. The proposed algorithm can be used to estimate both small and off-nominal frequency deviations. The computational effort is dramatically reduced relative to conventional methods. In addition, the method provides high measurement accuracy and is relatively insensitive to harmonic distortion
