Abstract :
An analysis of the even- and odd-mode impedances for a generalized edge-coupled structure consisting of two elliptical (oval) conducting rods is presented. Data on the even- and odd-mode impedances for different special cases of the generalized elliptical (oval) structure are presented. Some special cases of the present formulation are compared with results available in the literature
