A C2 Process and an Approach to Design and Evaluation
Abstract :
Three areas related to command and control are stressed: 1) a C2 process that expands upon Lawson´s model, 2) a design approach that emphasizes decision making requirements, and 3) a single but decomposable C2 process effectiveness measure. The underlying consideration of all these discussions is the need to directly examine the human element in command and control.
