  • Abstract
    The load characteristics and system cost parameters used in distribution transformer loss evaluation formulas can have a significant effect on the transformer evaluation results. There is a wide variation in parameters used by various utilities to perform these evaluations. This paper discusses the considerations necessary for the development and proper selection of these parameters.
