Abstract :
A parametric study of the breakdown voltage of six commercially available thin polymer films before and after exposure to three gas plasmas was performed. Systematic changes of breakdown voltage were observed. This inexpensive and rapid gas treatment is a suitable method of increasing breakdown voltages in commercial polymer films
