Abstract :
In a lecture in April on "Advanced ESD Protection Design for RF ICs" delivered to the EDS/MTT/SSC Joint Chapter in Greensboro, NC, Albert Wang discussed various key aspects of ESD protection design, such as ESD protection principles, mixed-mode ESD design method, RFESD design evaluation and ESD design prediction. He also presented practical examples of ESD protection circuit design.
