Abstract :
Applied to A/D convertors, Sigma - Delta modulation offers high resolution without significant components matching requirements. This property involves a conversion speed reduction owing to the digital filtering of the Sigma - Delta modulator output. A new FIR filter is presented. Its impulse response is determined by some considerations based on the convertor monotonicity.
