Abstract
The paper substantiates the significance of continuous control of the asynchronous motor technical state and diagnostic troubleshooting with group supply from the frequency converters. It also provides rationale for combined application of the stationary and mobile monitoring systems with the example of asynchronous motors in the roller table units of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works plate mill 5,000; as well as identifies their technical features. The paper substantiates requirements for functional configuration of the stationary system, considers its hardware providing compatibility with the Lab VIEW NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS software. The developed software is specified, too. The cross-correlation function and signal-to-noise ratio of the phase current are rationally considered as the major testing parameters. The paper also justifies performance of spectrum and current analysis of input currents. It provides the window of the application for visualization and storage of the electric drive operating condition data. The technical state of electric motors of roller tables tested is assumed and their proper functioning is established.
