Abstract :
In this paper, a detailed method for computing the transient internal voltage distribution in transformers is described. The proposed model is based on RLCG lumped frequency-dependent parameters for time-domain analysis. The numerical Laplace transform in s -complex plane is used. The method is appropriate to solve lossy circuits at high frequencies (HFs). Numerical results confirm the good agreement with experimental measurements from the literature.
