Abstract :
As closure to the discussion of the original paper "Use of Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers under power line conductors" (see ibid., vol.17, p.938-44, 2002), the authors respond to the questions asked by V.L. Chartier (see. ibid., vol. 18, no.2, p. 651, 2003) in his discussion paper.
