Abstract :
The authors discuss the original paper (see ibid., vol.17, p.279-85, 2002) and argue that the original authors are to be commended for their contribution in the area of probabilistic aspects of power system harmonics. They describe how they presented a concise but comprehensive and useful review in the paper of modeling for harmonic summation and propagation. As a discussion, they would like to add some recent news and raise comments about both the probabilistic evaluation of voltage harmonics and time-varying limits.
