In the above-named article L.Yan et al. [ibid., vol. 18, pp. 670??678, Mar. 2003], Table II in Section V was incorrectly represented. The original Table II had three sub-tables. Only one of the subtables appeared, and it had no titles or labels. The correct version of Table II is shown here.
