Abstract :
A simple data-acquisition system has been designed for the PC8000 microcomputer. Since the data are continually fed and stored in the 2 k bit static buffer memory in first-in-first-out order, it is possible to obtain the pretriggered data. The system can provide high sampling rates up to 50 kHz. It costs about 400 U. S. dollars.
