  • Abstract
    This comment points out discrepancies between the concentration effect reported in the anesthesiology literature and the model presented in the above paper1 by Poon et al. which attempts to explain it. The difference between the faster kinetics reported for high concentrations of anesthetic gas and the slower kinetics seen in the Poon model is explained.
