Abstract :
The universal insertion-loss versus frequency characteristics of a band-pass filter composed of one, two, or three loss less resonant circuits in a loosely coupled cascade connection tween a source and a load impedance are given. The effects of and source coupling and of intermesh coupling upon pass-band insertion-loss variations and upon band width are discussed.
