Abstract :
The present authors reply to the paper of Chramiec and Kitlinski (IEEE Proc. Microw. Antennas and Propag., vol.151, no.6, p.544, 2004) which commented on the original paper by Yin et al. (IEEE Proc. Microw. Antennas and Propag., vol.149, no.1, p.50-2, 2002).
