Abstract :
A tunable Ti:LiNbO3 four-channel wavelength division multiplexer is demonstrated. Three sections of the TMI (two-mode interference) structure cascaded in two stages are integrated into this device. The operation wavelength is between 750 and 840 nm. Measured adjacent channel crosstalk ranges from -18 to -33 dB.
