Transmultiplexers utilize sophisticated digital processing to convert between time and frequency division multiplexed signals. The aim has been simply to prepare an interested reader to better understand and evaluate various schemes that have been proposed. Omisosf ioa n particular piece of work thus implies nothing about its relevance or importance.
