Abstract :
History suggests that when social communication media grow in capability, pace, scope, or scale, people can use these media to construct more complex social arrangements - that is, they use communication tools and techniques to increase their capacity to cooperate. As we explore the use of 4th Generation (4G) wireless networks, we believe it is important for future designers to look back before they look forward.
