Abstract
Work has focused on filling the need for electrical properties data at microwave frequencies on a wide range of circuit board substrates including materials other than the traditional array of composites based on poly(tetrafluoroethylene), (PTFE). An effort is continuing to study the variation of permittivity (K´) and dissipation factor (tan δ) with changing temperature in a test format close to circuit board conditions. Similar effort is focused on observing how K´ and tan δ vary with frequency
