Abstract :
For continuous-time linear time-varying systems, this paper shows how to determine pointwise orthogonal Lyapunov transformations, reveals their advantage over standard Lyapunov transformations for the nonperiodic case, and outlines some potential applications to stability assessment for both linear and nonlinear systems
