Abstract :
The author presents a CAD-oriented analytical solution for obtaining the capacitance matrix of symmetrical triple coupled CPW (coplanar waveguide) lines. Closed-form expressions are derived based on a conformal mapping method for coplanar structures with or without lower ground plane. Numerical results produced by a spectral domain approach are included for accuracy verification
