Abstract :
Thermodynamic perturbation theory for the great thermodynamic potential of equilibrium system of the electromagnetic field in medium consisting of charged particles has been constructed in the non-relativistic approximation. Field frequency with using quantum decomposition of the current-current correlation function is obtained. The light velocity correction is found.
