Abstract :
A versatile current-mode threshold circuit is introduced to implement novel literal and complementary literal gates, which are essential to Postian multi-valued logic implementations. The designed circuits can realise more than one literal operation simultaneously, and exhibit better dynamic behaviour in contrast to previous designs
