Abstract :
We have observed the importance of imaging of the biological tissues via microwave imaging techniques based on many studies performed in this area. Our study\´s aim is to fabricate phantoms, which can be used instead of biological tissues. In our previous study, we had fabricated breast fat tissue and tumor phantoms. Now, as continued work, we have fabricated gland and skin tissue phantoms. S Parameters of these materials are measured with 1-18 GHz Probe Kit and Permittivity is calculated via Debye method in "85071" commercial software. Also S Parameters are measured via 8.2-12.4 GHz Wave Guide method and complex permittivity is calculated via NRW Method in "Material Measurement Software". One, three and five week measurements are taken for these phantoms. Finally, we verified that measurements results are very close to real biological tissue measurement results.
