Revision of transformer standards suggested

A revision of Section 13, A. I. E. E. Standards for Transformers, Induction Regulators and Reactors has been proposed by the A. I. E. E. Technical Committee on Electrical Machinery. The revision consists in a proposed addition of two new rules Nos. 13–161 “Grounding Transformers” and 13–254 “Grounding Transformers.” The text of the revisions is quoted herewith.
