Leadership style is one of the important factors to determine employees´ attitude and behavior. While the research of action mechanism of transactional leadership style on counterproductive work behavior is relatively scarce. This paper analyses the action mechanism and impact of transactional leadership style on the new generation employees counterproductive work behavior taking twenty-six logistics enterprises with 252 questionnaires in Liaoning Province as a sample. It uses the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis and others methods to conduct empirical research. The results show that transactional leadership style can effectively reduce the counterproductive work behavior of employees and leader-member exchange is the partial intermediary variable.
